Position: Car Sales Executive

The Car Sales Executive is responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong product knowledge.
Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Present pricing, finance options, and offers clearly to customers.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain follow-up with potential and existing customers.
Prepare and complete all required sales documentation.
Ensure the showroom vehicles are clean, presentable, and updated.
Stay updated with product features, variants, and competitor offerings.
Attend daily meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive sales preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Pleasant personality and confident attitude.
Valid driving license (mandatory for test drives).
