Car Sales Executive

We have openings for Customer Advisor for Car Dealership Based at Hebbal, Bangalore.

• Experience: 1 -5 years

• Salary: 20 to 25k

The Customer Advisor is responsible for driving vehicle sales by understanding customer requirements, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an excellent buying experience. The role involves lead handling, customer engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualification Criteria (Education and Experience)

• Graduate / 2 yr Diploma

• Sales and Marketing qualification would be added advantage

• Fresher: Person possessing the above qualification / skill and have aptitude & orientation for Sales career

• Laterals: At least 1 year of relevant direct sales experience in industries like Auto, Consumer durables, financial services etc. Preference to be given to candidates having sales experience, which demands a rigorous time, bound sales process involving various levers.

• 4 W driving license (Candidates applying for the position of Customer Advisor, does not possess DL at the time of interview but satisfies other CTQ parameters, he/she can be on boarded only if he/she gives an undertaking of obtaining a DL within 3 months of joining failing which he would be liable for termination).
