Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understanding their requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and promotional offers.
Conduct test drives and address customer queries effectively.
Convert walk-ins and leads into successful sales.
2. Lead & Target Management
Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and visits.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer data and sales records in the CRM system.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Encourage referrals and repeat business through quality service.
4. Team & Coordination
Collaborate with team members and the Sales Manager to meet dealership goals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth customer handovers.
