Job Title: Sales Consultant – Car Dealership
Job Description:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, arranging test drives, explaining finance and insurance options, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles. The role includes lead generation, customer follow-up, CRM updates, maintaining showroom standards, and delivering excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert sales leads.
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Explain vehicle features, variants, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations.
Coordinate finance, insurance, and documentation.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and follow-up.
Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (automobile experience preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driving license.
Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.
