The Customer Advisor greets showroom visitors, understands their requirements, explains vehicle features, arranges test drives, follows up with potential customers, and assists in completing the sales process while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
Explain promotional offers, warranties, insurance, and after-sales services.
Assist customers with documentation related to vehicle purchase and registration.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, messages, or emails.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Achieve customer satisfaction and support showroom sales targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of cars and automobile features (can be learned on the job).
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM software).

Qualifications:
