Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven NEXA Car Sales Executive to manage premium car sales, provide exceptional customer experience, and achieve sales targets in a high-end showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in and inquiry customers and understand their vehicle needs

• Present and demonstrate NEXA models with complete product knowledge

• Conduct test drives and explain features, variants, and pricing

• Generate leads and follow up to close deals

• Maintain strong relationships for repeat and referral business

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain CRM records and customer database

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in automobile sales (NEXA / premium showroom preferred)

• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and customer-handling skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with strong sales background
