We are looking for a Branding Ambassador to join our team at Beyond Supps to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Primarily handle in-store sales, customer engagement and billing.
• Explain products and assist customers with suitable supplement choices.
• Upselling, follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle basic calls/WhatsApp enquiries.
• Support basic social media content, stories and in-store promotions.
• Maintain a confident, energetic and well-groomed store presence.
• Comfortable with sporty/athleisure outfits such as skirts, tops and coordinated activewear for the role/content.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
