1. Sales & Promotion

• Promote the brand and drive sales through direct customer interaction.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned for the store.

• Conduct product tasting and sampling activities to enhance customer experience.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

2. Customer Engagement

• Greet customers, explain product benefits, pricing, and offers.

• Address customer queries and guide them to the product shelf.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

3. Merchandising & Display

• Ensure attractive and correct product display on shelves.

• Maintain planogram standards, visibility materials, POS, standees, and branding.

• Check stock availability and coordinate with store staff for refills.

4. Store Relationship Management

• Build positive relationships with store managers and staff.

• Ensure the brand gets priority placement and visibility in the store.

• Report competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Share daily sales reports, sampling numbers, and customer feedback.

• Update the team on stock status and any product issues.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times.
