Department: Sales – Counter Selling (GT & MT)

Position: Promoter – Digital Products

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 year sales experience in:

• AC

• Refrigerator

• TV

• Washing Machine

• Cooler

• Other Consumer Durable Products

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Counter Selling

• Attend walk-in customers at store counters

• Explain product features, specifications, benefits & pricing

• Assist customers in model comparison and decision-making

• Ensure high conversion of customer inquiries into sales

2. Product Display & Store Management

• Maintain attractive and proper product display

• Ensure availability of demo units and marketing collaterals

• Keep counter area clean and brand compliant

3. Sales & Target Achievement

• Meet assigned monthly sales target

• Track daily sales and maintain proper sales documentation

• Support in brand promotions and in-store activities

4. Customer Handling

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

• Provide after-sales guidance when needed

• Maintain good customer relations and ensure satisfaction

5. Stock Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with store manager for stock availability

• Report daily sales and market updates to the supervisor

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Strong selling ability in consumer durable products

• Positive attitude & professional appearance

• Knowledge of AC, TV, Refrigerator, WM, Cooler preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (Net Take Home)

• Hike: 10% – 20% on last salary

जॉब रोल एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ (Job Role & Responsibilities)

1. काउंटर सेलिंग

• स्टोर पर आने वाले ग्राहकों से बातचीत करना

• प्रोडक्ट की विशेषताएँ, फायदे और कीमत समझाना

• ग्राहकों को सही मॉडल चुनने में सहायता करना

• इंक्वायरी को सेल में कन्वर्ट करना

2. प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले एवं प्रमोशन

• प्रोडक्ट को सही और आकर्षक तरीके से डिस्प्ले करना

• ब्रांडिंग मटेरियल का उपयोग करना

• काउंटर क्षेत्र को साफ-सुथरा रखना

3. सेल्स टार्गेट

• दैनिक/मासिक सेल्स टार्गेट पूरा करना

• सेल्स डेटा अपडेट रखना

• स्टोर प्रमोशन गतिविधियों में सहयोग देना

4. ग्राहक संबंध (Customer Handling)

• ग्राहक की जरूरत समझना और सही प्रोडक्ट सुझाना

• ग्राहक संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना

• ग्राहक के साथ अच्छे रिलेशन बनाना

5. स्टॉक एवं रिपोर्टिंग

• स्टॉक उपलब्धता पर ध्यान रखना

• स्टोर मैनेजर से समन्वय करना

• डेली सेल्स रिपोर्ट साझा करना

आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required)

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कंविंसिंग स्किल

• सेल्स में आत्मविश्वास

• AC/TV/Fridge/WM/ Cooler की बेसिक जानकारी

• प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार

सैलरी एवं फायदे (Salary & Benefits)

• ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 NTH

• 10–20% हाइक पिछली सैलरी पर
