Branch Sales Manager

An Branch Manager at a mobile retail store drives daily sales, manages inventory, and supervises the sales floor

They support the Branch Manager by training staff, handling customer escalations, ensuring operational compliance, and stepping in to lead the store in the manager’s absence.

Sales & Customer Service

• Lead the floor team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of mobile devices, accessories, and network plans to assist customers with purchasing decisions.

• Manage customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Drive up-selling and cross-selling of related services
  
  Operations & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels of smartphones, tablets, and accessories.

  • Execute routine inventory counts, manage stock audits, and prevent discrepancies.

  • Ensure accurate billing, reconcile cash drawers, and handle daily safe drops.

  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring that live display models are functioning and marketing materials are updated
