Billing Executive

Job Summary:

The Cashier / Billing Executive will be responsible for handling customer billing operations efficiently and accurately. The role includes managing cash and card transactions, preparing invoices, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and cash counter operations efficiently.

• Generate invoices and ensure accurate entry of items in the billing system.

• Receive payments through cash, card, or digital modes and maintain proper records.

• Ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation of sales with accounts.

• Maintain and update customer purchase records in the system.

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations.

• Provide courteous service and resolve any billing-related queries from customers.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and financial protocols.

• Support the team during peak hours and assist in stock management when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years in billing or cashier role (preferably in jewellery or retail industry).

• Knowledge of billing software and MS Office applications.

• Strong numerical and communication skills.

• Attention to detail, honesty, and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle large cash transactions responsibly.
