Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers by understanding their beauty needs and preferences.
Recommend appropriate skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products.
Demonstrate product usage and provide mini makeovers or trials when required.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all beauty and cosmetic items.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and stock levels.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Stay updated on current beauty trends, new launches, and brand promotions.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Sales-driven with a friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to provide personalized beauty consultations.
Basic understanding of skin types, shades, and product suitability.
Presentable and well-groomed at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
Minimum age: 21- 30 years.
Must have prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, Skincare Consultant, or similar role.
