Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Job Objective

To provide professional beauty advice and grooming guidance aligned with Vestige values, while enhancing

product visibility, improving consumer understanding of product usage, and driving sales growth across

Personal Care, Skin Care, and Color Cosmetics categories.

Key Responsibilities (Duties to be Performed)

 Travel across assigned territories to conduct minimum 11 sales trainings/workshops per month in

regional languages.

 Deliver training sessions on female cosmetics, personal grooming, and selling skills.

 Demonstrate product usage to distributors and support product education effectively.

 Coordinate with ZSM/RSM/ASM to gather meeting/training requirements and plan schedules

accordingly.

 Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with distributors and leaders.

Required Skills & Competencies

Behavioral Competencies

 Confident in addressing large crowds; must be well-presented and groomed.

 Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to deliver quality sessions within timelines.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.

 Experience in the Direct Selling industry is an advantage (not mandatory).

Technical/Functional Competencies

 Strong knowledge of skin care, personal care, and makeup; must stay updated on current beauty

trends.

 Professional Make-up certification/course is preferable.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Willingness to travel 10–15 days per month across the assigned region.

Work Experience

1–5 years of experience as a professional Beauty Advisor/Beauty Trainer.

Educational Requirements

Graduate in any discipline & (Beauty & Grooming certifications preferred).

Age Limit

25–28 years (Female candidates only)
