Skin Care Guide (SCG)
Position Details
- Job Profile: Skin Care Guide (SCG)
- Location: Apollo Pharmacy Stores
- Work Schedule: 8.5 hours per day, 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off from Monday to Thursday.
- Holiday Policy: No leave on public holidays or Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Shift Timing: As per store timings and instructions from the manager.
- Grooming Standards: Maintain a neat, professional appearance at the counter every day.
- Professional Fees: As mentioned in the email.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
Daily Targets & Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction: Actively engage with every customer using interactive games and consultation tools.
2. Consultations & Demonstrations: Provide professional product demonstrations and personalized skincare consultations daily.
3. Sales Conversion: Encourage product trials and guide customers in selecting and purchasing suitable skincare products.
4. Inventory & Tool Management: Maintain optimum skincare stock levels, keep consultation tools in excellent condition, and manage customer engagement gifts.
5. Reporting & Analytics: Submit accurate daily reports covering customer footfall, engagement metrics, and sales performance.
