Beauty Advisor (BA) – Job Description
Role Summary:
A Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving product
sales, maintaining counter hygiene, and representing the brand with professionalism and
confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their skincare concerns.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure tester availability and maintain counter hygiene at all times.
- Manage stock levels and report low or damaged inventory.
- Execute in-store promotions, offers, and focus product activities.
- Ensure proper product placement and visual merchandising.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales reporting, sampling records, and customer feedback.
Grooming & Professionalism:
- Maintain neat grooming, fresh makeup, and tidy hair every day.
- Wear clean uniform and brand badge as per brand guidelines.
- Be polite, approachable, and follow professional communication etiquette.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of skincare and beauty categories.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Prior BA or retail experience is an added advantage.
- Basic reporting and mobile handling skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
