Beauty Advisor

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team at WestSide (A unit of Trent Limited) across Mumbai city at Westside Stores to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹19000 with growth opportunities.

Job Eligibility: Beauty/cosmetics experience or certification

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

·         Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

·         Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

·         Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

·         Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

·         Stay updated on new products and services.

General Requirements: -

Ø  Minimum qualification for this role 10th Pass and 6 months to 1 years of experience

Ø  Ready to work 9.5 hours (1 hr lunch + 30 minutes’ tea break)

Ø  Well-groomed and presentable

Salary & Other benefits: -  

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000

Benefits: PF + ESIC

Store Bonus: ₹2,800 after 3 months

Store Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹4,000
