Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and well-groomed Beauty Advisor to assist customers in selecting suitable beauty, skincare, makeup and personal care products while achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their beauty and skincare requirements.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, skin type and preferences.

• Explain product features, benefits, usage and offers.

• Demonstrate beauty/makeup products when required.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Maintain product displays, testers, shelves and store hygiene.

• Check stock availability and support replenishment/inventory activities.

• Stay updated on new products, launches, offers and beauty trends.

• Handle customer queries and support billing/store operations when required. (Indeed)
  

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; graduate candidates can also apply.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can be considered, depending on the requirement.

• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Makeup or Retail Sales is preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.

• Strong interest in beauty and cosmetics.

• Comfortable working with sales targets.
