A Beauty Advisor works in the store’s beauty section and helps customers choose suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and giving basic product demonstrations when required. The Beauty Advisor is also responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining proper product display, and keeping the section clean and well-organized.

In addition, the Beauty Advisor should ensure good hygiene and grooming standards, support billing when needed, and handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Regularly checking stock availability and informing the team about low stock is also part of the role. The focus of the job is to provide a pleasant shopping experience and build customer trust.
