Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to deliver a premium in-store experience. The role involves assisting customers with skincare and makeup solutions while driving sales through excellent product knowledge and service.

Key Responsibilities • Understand customer skincare needs and recommend suitable products • Provide product demonstrations and application guidance • Deliver exceptional customer service • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance • Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized • Stay updated on latest beauty and skincare trends

Qualifications & Skills • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) • Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup • Prior experience in retail/customer service preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Friendly and customer-oriented personality
