We are looking for a Assistant Store Incharge (Counter sales) to join our team at Pranshakti wellness llp to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.

• • Customer Service: Greeting walk-in customers warmly and assisting them in finding the required Ayurvedic products or wellness supplements.

  • Product Guidance: Explaining the benefits of various health juices, organic foods, and herbal remedies to customers to drive purchases.

  • Billing & Cash Handling: Operating the computer or POS billing system, scanning products accurately, and processing cash or digital payments.

  • Merchandising: Keeping the sales counter and display racks clean, organized, and properly stocked with products at all times.

  • Stock Management: Monitoring daily sales, checking for expiring items, and replenishing the shelves from the store inventory.

  • Sales Targets: Achieving daily and monthly sales goals by recommending relevant add-on wellness products (upselling) to customers.

  Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a strong plus).

  • Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail billing software.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th/Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
