Position: Assistant Store Manager
Location - Chembur
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Supervise store staff to ensure efficient daily operations and high
performance.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and ensure accurate stock management.
Monitor inventory levels and implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Prepare daily sales reports and track store performance metrics.
