Job Description

Role: Management Trainee / Assistant Chief Delight Officer (ACDO)

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Store Operations

● Maintain high standards of customer service, store ambience, and overall facilities.

● Greet customers, assist with queries, and ensure a smooth service experience.

● Keep the store clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.

Inventory & Stock Management

● Check received stock against invoices to ensure accuracy.

● Mark prices on stock and restock shelves in time.

● Maintain stock levels, supplies, and inventory records.

● Order groceries and required supplies as per business needs.

Cash & Account Management

● Receive cash and provide accurate change.

● Balance daily cash receipts and make deposits.

● Record Visa and debit transactions accurately.

● Maintain and update the manual general ledger.

● Print, record, and verify receipts.

● Reconcile bank statements regularly.

● Track customer credit and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Record Keeping & Documentation

● Maintain log books, accounts, and price records systematically.

● Ensure all paperwork, cash logs, and inventory records are updated and error-free.

Requirements

● Experience in Operations is mandatory.

● QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience is required.

● Strong customer service skills and basic accounting knowledge.

● Good communication, integrity, and attention to detail.
