Assistant Store Incharge

We are looking for a Assistant Store Incharge to join our team at Bubbles Toys Infant Stationery to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet every customer warmly and understand their requirement.

• Guide parents in selecting age-appropriate toys, baby products, and stationery.

• Demonstrate toys and explain product benefits.

• Promote ongoing offers and combos to increase the average bill value.

• Ensure every walk-in customer is attended properly.

2. Store Operations

• Open and close the store on time.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and shelves are properly arranged.

• Maintain attractive product displays, especially in the window and counter area.

• Refill shelves and ensure fast-moving items are always available.

3. Billing & Cash Management

• Handle billing through the POS system.

• Manage cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.

• Maintain a daily sales record and cash tally.

4. Inventory Monitoring

• Keep track of stock levels and inform management when items are running low.

• Ensure products are placed in the correct category and location.

• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items.

5. Customer Relationship

• Build rapport with regular customers and children visiting the store.

• Collect customer contact numbers (with consent) for offers and updates.

• Inform customers about new arrivals and special offers.

6. Staff Coordination (if other staff present)

• Guide sales staff in product display and customer handling.

• Ensure all staff follow store discipline and service standards.

7. Promotion Support

• Help promote offers and new arrivals in the store.

• Share product photos/videos for WhatsApp or Instagram promotions when required.

8. Responsibility & Store Security

• Ensure the safety of products and store assets.

• Report any issues related to customers, stock, or store operations immediately.

• It is a Full Time రిటైల్ / కౌంటర్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
