Key Responsibilities

 1. Inward Material Handling

●                 Receive raw materials and bought-outs as per purchase orders.

●                 Inspect material quantity and physical condition upon receipt.

●                 Post GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and label items as per standard format.

 2. Inventory Management

●                 Organize inventory in defined locations (bins/shelves) with identification tags.

●                 Ensure real-time entry in Excel/Zoho Sheets or ERP for all movement.

●                 Conduct cycle counts, monthly stock audits, and reconciliation.

 3. Material Issue & Dispatch Support

●                 Issue materials to production as per BOM/pick list and maintain logs.

●                 Handle returns and excess material as per defined SOP.

●                 Coordinate with dispatch executive for finished goods movement readiness.

 4. Reporting & Documentation

●                 Maintain stock ledgers and item-wise consumption logs.

●                 Share minimum stock alerts and reorder recommendations.

●                 Support Purchase and Planning teams with consumption data.

 5. Compliance & Housekeeping

●                 Maintain 5S, safety standards, and proper handling practices.

●                 Follow FIFO and batch-wise traceability for critical items.

●                 Highlight near expiry, non-moving, and damaged stock.

 Requirements

 Experience & Qualification

●                 ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream)

●                 2–5 years of storekeeping experience in sheet metal or engineering industry

●                 Hands-on with Excel, Zoho Sheets, or any ERP module
