We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team at REBEL FOODS to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and manage multiple locations across the Hyderabad region. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of handling team performance and regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned branches/stores across Hyderabad.
Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and maximize profitability.
Regularly visit locations to monitor compliance, visual merchandising, stock levels, and operational standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and field staff to enhance productivity and service quality.
Analyze regional sales data, track KPIs, and share progress reports with the senior management.
Map market trends and identify new business expansion opportunities within the Hyderabad territory.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Range: [e.g., 3 to 6 years] of experience in retail management, multi-unit operations, or area sales.
Deep geographical knowledge of major commercial hubs in Hyderabad (e.g., Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kukatpally, Banjara Hills).
