Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and commission HVAC systems (AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, split ACs, etc.)
Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, sensors, and control systems
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals
Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations
Maintain service records and prepare detailed reports
Provide on-site technical support and customer guidance
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Refrigeration
1–5 years of experience in HVAC servicing (varies by role level)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Understanding of electrical systems and controls
Familiarity with tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in field environments
Basic computer skills (MS Office, service software)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and green HVAC solutions
Certification in HVAC or refrigeration handling (if applicable)
Working Conditions
Field-based role requiring travel to client sites
May involve working in shifts or on-call support
Exposure to mechanical and electrical systems
