Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹45000 - ₹50000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, ducting, etc.)

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and service logs.

• Coordinate with project engineers and contractors during system installation or modification.

• Optimize system performance for energy efficiency.

• Assist in preparing material lists and job estimates.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (for Engineer/Supervisor roles).

• ITI certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (for Technician roles).

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and servicing.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and controls.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VRV/VRF systems, chilled water systems, and ductable units.

• Basic understanding of automation and BMS (Building Management System).

• Valid driving license (if field service required).
