ITI Technician

Job Description:

You will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining scent diffusion systems in various commercial environments, leveraging your extensive experience with HVAC systems in large spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service and Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and service calls for scent diffusion systems at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the equipment, performing repairs and replacements as necessary.

• Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively.

2. Installation and Setup:

• Managing the installation and setup of new scent diffusion systems at client locations, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects, meeting client expectations for quality and professionalism.

3. Machine Pick-Up:

• Transport the equipment safely, ensuring proper handling and documentation of the process.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair, preferably in large commercial or industrial spaces.

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel locally and occasionally travel as needed.
