Here are the main work and responsibilities of an AC Technician ❄️🔧

1. Installation of Air Conditioners

• Install different types of AC units such as Split Air Conditioner, Window Air Conditioner, and Central Air Conditioning System.

• Fix indoor and outdoor units properly.

• Connect electrical wiring and refrigerant pipes.

• Test the system after installation.

2. Maintenance and Servicing

• Clean filters, condenser coils, and evaporator coils.

• Check gas pressure and refill refrigerant if needed.

• Inspect electrical connections and thermostats.

• Perform regular servicing to keep AC running efficiently.

3. Repair and Troubleshooting

• Diagnose problems when the AC is not cooling properly.

• Repair or replace faulty parts like compressors, capacitors, fans, and motors.

• Fix refrigerant leaks and electrical faults.

4. Gas Charging

• Refill refrigerant gas when the cooling is low.

• Check for leakage before charging gas.

5. Customer Support

• Explain the problem and repair work to customers.

• Give advice on proper AC use and maintenance.

6. Safety Responsibilities

• Follow electrical safety procedures.

• Use proper tools and protective equipment.

• Handle refrigerant gases safely.
