HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The candidate should ensure all HVAC equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing

• Handle air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems

• Check compressors, motors, thermostats, filters, and duct systems

• Maintain service records and reports

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Respond to breakdown calls and emergency maintenance activities

• Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical

• Minimum 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience

• Knowledge of AC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF systems

• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

• Basic knowledge of electrical troubleshooting

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Gas charging and leak testing

• Electrical panel troubleshooting

• HVAC tools handling
