HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair split ACs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, and ventilation systems

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns

• Identify issues related to cooling, airflow, electrical wiring, compressors, and controls

• Check gas pressure, refrigerant levels, thermostats, and electrical connections

• Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, capacitors, filters, and compressors

• Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently as per standards

• Respond to breakdown calls and complete work within defined timelines

• Maintain basic service records and report work status to the supervisor

• Follow safety rules while working at heights, electrical panels, and confined spaces
  
  Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related trade

  • Hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems

  • Good understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical basics

  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, vacuum pumps, and testing instruments

  • Willingness to work on-site, in shifts, or during emergency breakdowns

  • Physically fit to handle field work and equipment

  • Basic communication skills for coordination with team and clients

  • Honest, responsible, and safety-focused approach to work
