HVAC Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chiller & Air Compressor Technician to join our polymer manufacturing unit. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and air compressors to ensure efficient and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair chillers, HVAC systems, and industrial air compressors

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in equipment

• Monitor system parameters such as temperature, pressure, and performance levels

• Ensure proper functioning of cooling systems critical to polymer processing

• Maintain service logs, reports, and maintenance records

• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with plant policies

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and air compressor systems (mandatory)

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of chillers, HVAC systems, and air compressors

• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices

• Basic understanding of electrical controls and systems

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day (shift-based)

• Work Environment: Industrial / Plant setup

• Candidates should be willing to work in Thimmapur / Kothur area (Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad)
