HVAC Technician

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team at Alviz Electro India Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Install, service, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including RAC, Light Commercial Units, VRF systems, and Chillers • Conduct thorough system inspections to diagnose issues and identify necessary repairs or replacements • Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to perform installation and maintenance tasks accurately • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity • Collaborate with customers to understand their HVAC needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions • Keep accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service and installation activities • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to provide technical expertise and assist with customer inquiries • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices through continuous learning and training

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of gas filling ,brezzing and basic troubleshooting techniques is a must.
