HVAC Technician

Residential Air Conditioners (RAC), Light Commercial Units, VRF systems, and Chillers. With a strong

support services to our customers. We are now seeking an experienced and technically sound Senior 

HVAC Technician to lead service efforts and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and 

operational excellence.

Job Description:

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for leading complex installations, maintenance, 

and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, especially RAC, VRF, Light Commercial, and Chiller units. You 

will mentor junior technicians, oversee quality control during service visits, and serve as the key 

technical expert for customer escalations and site issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute installation, service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, 

including RAC, Light Commercial Units, VRF systems, and Chillers

• Act as a technical leader for field teams, guiding and training junior technicians

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring prompt and 

effective resolution

• Ensure all HVAC services and installations are performed to company standards, safety 

guidelines, and technical specifications

• Review technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of 

work

• Conduct site audits and system performance reviews to improve service efficiency and 

reliability

• Liaise directly with clients for technical discussions and support, ensuring complete 

satisfaction

• Maintain detailed service records, job logs, and inventory usage

• Provide inputs for process improvements and escalate systemic issues to the engineering or 

product teams

• Stay current with technological advances and participate in training programs as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration & Air Conditioning; additional 

certifications in VRF/Chiller systems preferred

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC field service with at least 2 years in a senior or 

lead technician role

• Hands-on expertise in RAC, VRF, Light Commercial, and Chiller systems

• Solid understanding of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety practices

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills

• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel to client locations as required

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
