HVAC Helper

We are looking for a HVAC Helper to join our team at Enncon Synergies (india) Private Limited to handle the installation, repair and maintenance of cooling appliances. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and related components.

• Carry, load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at the worksite.

• Support preventive maintenance and repair activities on HVAC systems.

• Clean and prepare work areas before and after service or installation.

• Help in dismantling and assembling HVAC units as instructed.

• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment.

• Report any damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• It is a Full Time రిఫ్రిజిరేటర్ & ఎసి టెక్నీషియన్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
