Installation & Commissioning

• Install, test, and commission split AC, window AC, cassette AC, VRV/VRF units, and industrial cooling systems.

• Ensure proper mounting, electrical connection, gas charging, vacuuming, and pressure testing before final operation.

Maintenance & Servicing

• Perform routine maintenance including filter cleaning, coil cleaning, duct cleaning, blower servicing, and drain line cleaning.

• Check refrigerant levels and refill if required.

• Inspect and service compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical components.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems.

• Repair or replace motors, fans, ducts, thermostats, compressors, PCB boards, relays, sensors, and other defective components.

• Solve issues related to leakage, noise, water dripping, cooling performance, and electrical failures.

Refrigerant Handling

• Perform gas recovery, recycling, and charging following safety protocols.

• Maintain proper pressure and ensure no leakage in the refrigerant pipeline.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow electrical and mechanical safety standards while working.

• Use PPE while handling chemicals, refrigerants, and high-voltage equipment.

• Ensure work complies with environmental and maintenance regulations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain job sheets, service reports, checklist logs, and spare parts usage records.

• Update maintenance schedule, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance documents.

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct preventive and scheduled maintenance across assigned locations.

• Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions before breakdown occurs.

Inventory & Tools Management

• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Report low stock items and damaged tools to supervisor.

Coordination & Customer Support

• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance team, and vendors for service requirements.

• Provide feedback or improvement suggestions for efficient operation of AC systems.
