JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Calls - Complete the allotted calls daily in the Workshop/House calls.
2. Site Inspection & Site Selection - To inspect the site at customer place, to select the right place for installation.
3. Technical Support - To give technical support for Sales Officer – (HP & Solar) & ASM (HP & Solar).
4. Service Estimation – Service Estimation to be given as per spare Price list /
Supervisor’s instruction and get approval from customer.
5. Installation – Installation of HP & Solar water Heater as & when required.
6. Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.
7. Quality of work - Ensure good quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.
8. Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by good conduct.
9. Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.
10. Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.
11. DSA visit, service & training - To visit every DSA counters once in a week on a particular day as per work schedule, do the service there itself & provide training to DSA’s.
