Job Title : AC Technician

Job Locality : Vadapalani Campus

Salary Range: 20k to 30k

Timing : 7 am to 3 pm or 12 noon to 8 pm (shift working)

Gender : Male

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Required Experience : 3 to 6 years (preferably in colleges, hospitals, or commercial buildings).

Skills Centralized AC systems (Chiller, AHU, FCU), Split AC systems, VRF / VRV systems and Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

Job description :

1. Operate and maintain centralized air conditioning systems (chillers/AHU/FCU).

2. Handle installation, servicing, and repair of split AC units.

3. Monitor and maintain VRF/VRV systems, including fault diagnosis and rectification.

4. Perform routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

5. Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and refrigerant levels.

6. Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.

7. Ensure proper functioning of thermostats, sensors, and control panels.

8. Maintain logs for maintenance activities and breakdown reports.

9. Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or AMC services.

10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and energy efficiency practices.

11. Attend emergency breakdowns and provide quick resolution.
