AC Technician

Job Title: AC Technician (Installation) and Helper

Job Description:

Flipkart Jeeves, Patna Dak Bungalow, is looking for an AC Technician and Helper to join our team on a 3-month contract.

AC Technician (Installation)

Key Responsibilities:

- Install AC units as per customer requests

- Ensure proper electrical connections and gas filling

- Test AC units for optimal performance

- Handle customer queries and issues related to installation

Requirements:

- 10th pass with 1-10 years of experience in AC installation

- Knowledge of electrical wiring and gas filling

- Good communication skills and customer-centric approach

- Own bike (compulsory for field work)

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month(In-Hand) + up to ₹10,000 incentive +

Tools Allowance:

- ₹2,000 per month (provided by company)

- ₹2,500 per month if you have a jet pump

Helper

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist AC Technician with installation and maintenance work

- Handle logistics and support tasks

- Ensure timely completion of jobs

Requirements:

- 8th pass or equivalent

- Basic knowledge of AC installation and maintenance

- Willingness to learn and work in field

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month (in-hand) + PF + ESI

Contract Duration: 3 months

Location: Patna Dak Bungalow (Field Job - frequent travel required)
