Rabale data centre 6 hvac operator required, HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Position & Functional Goals

· Maintain BMS Operations

Duties & Responsibilities

· Report for work 10 Minutes before reporting time.

· Put In Time with signature in attendance register kept in the FM Room

Maintaining of temperature in all zones including meeting room and MD floors (Monitoring and operating in carrier Application)
Chiller machine and AHU Operating (monitoring in Niagara workbench Application)
Checking VRF (Variable Refrigeration Frequency) –(Monitoring and operating in Blue Star System )
Updating checklist of chiller and VRS (ON/OFF checklist)
Check & monitoring of VAV (Variable Air Volume) -(System Carrier Application
Maintaining Meeting room temp checklist.
Lift operations partially

· Put out Time with signature in attendance register kept in the FM Room

Ensure Adherence to HSE norms.
