  Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC/AC systems, including split units, central AC units, ducting, and refrigeration systems.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical components, and calibrating controls.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, electrical faults, and mechanical failures.

• Replace defective parts (motors, compressors, thermostats, fans, coils, etc.).

• Ensure all work aligns with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.

• Conduct system performance tests to ensure efficient operation.

• Provide customers with clear explanations of needed repairs, costs, and preventive measures.

• Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations.

• Respond to emergency service calls when required.
