AC Technician

1. Electrical & HVAC Maintenance: • Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, including transformers, DG sets, HT/LT panels, and distribution systems in retail outlets. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical wiring, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems (air conditioning, refrigeration, AHUs). • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest industry standards. 2. Breakdown Handling & Preventive Maintenance: • Diagnose and repair electrical and HVAC failures to minimize downtime. • Implement scheduled preventive maintenance to enhance equipment longevity. • Stay updated with the latest trends and products in electrical and HVAC technology. 3. Site Visits & Compliance: • Travel extensively to multiple locations for inspections and emergency repairs. • Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols. • Train outlet staff on basic troubleshooting to reduce operational disruptions.
