Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VRF Technician to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain VRF/VRV air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and be able to work independently at commercial project sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission VRF/VRV systems.

• Perform testing, vacuuming, pressure testing, and gas charging.

• Diagnose and repair faults in indoor and outdoor units.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.

• Read HVAC drawings and coordinate with project engineers.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and follow safety procedures.

• Prepare daily work reports and update service records.

• Coordinate with customers and site teams professionally.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical.

• 3–8 years of experience in VRF/VRV installation and service.

• Experience with brands such as Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, LG, or Carrier is preferred.

• Knowledge of copper piping, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning.

• Willingness to travel to project sites in Chennai and Kanchipuram.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience).
