• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, identify gas leaks, repair or replace defective parts (such as compressors, fan motors, and PCBs), and properly recharge refrigerants.

• Customer Service: Address customer service calls promptly, explain technical issues clearly to clients, and ensure work areas are left clean after service.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and accurately maintain service logs and daily reports.
