Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large numbers of candidates.

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business demands for volume hiring (sales, operations, customer service, technical support, etc.).

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.

• Conduct walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, and coordinate mass recruitment campaigns.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and assessment methods.

• Ensure all recruitment activities align with company values, DE&I initiatives, and legal compliance.

• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS data.

• Collaborate with HR operations to ensure seamless onboarding and documentation for new hires.

• Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
