Job Description :-

-Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Allocate and monitor requisitions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Develop sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, agencies, etc.) to attract quality candidates.

Conduct regular reviews of team performance and provide coaching/feedback.

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.

Drive improvements in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and report to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and labor laws in recruitment practices.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve processes.

-Supervise, coordinate, and motivate team members meet performance goals and quality standards-Conduct regular team meetings and one- on-ones to provide feedback and development opportunities.

-Identify training needs and skill development.
