Qualifications:

• BMS, BBA, or any Graduate degree.

• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience as HR Executive or HR Recruiter.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

• Proficient in Internet usage & MS Office tools.

• Ability to understand and parse technical job descriptions.

• Knowledge of social media recruitment trends and sourcing methods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and social media.

• Evaluate candidate skills and coordinate interview scheduling.

• Ensure timely closure of requirements within defined turnaround times (TAT).

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.

• Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and recruitment trends.

• Support HR operations including:

• On boarding & off boarding formalities.

• Leave & attendance management.

• General HR administration tasks.
