Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Vasai / Naigaon East
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple domains while ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), databases, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates till joining

• Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate records

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience in recruitment sourcing and screening

• Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

• Knowledge of job portals and ATS/Excel

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring will be an added advantage
