Understanding Hiring Needs: Collaborating with stakeholders to define job roles, skillsets, and hiring timelines.
Sourcing Talent: Identifying potential candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job postings, and internal databases.
Screening & Evaluation: Conducting initial assessments to ensure alignment with job criteria.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling and organizing interviews with selected candidates.
Salary Negotiation and Job Offers: Engaging in salary discussions and extending job offers to selected candidates.
On-boarding Formalities: Overseeing the joining process and on-boarding formalities for new hires.
Employer Branding: Promoting Winny as an employer of choice across hiring platforms and social media.
Campus Hiring: Organizing and executing campus recruitment initiatives.
Recruitment Analytics: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics for process improvement.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and data on various recruitment activities.
Recruitment Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly reports to track recruitment progress and pipeline
