We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of the company. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in building a strong employer brand, enhancing the candidate experience, and contributing to our recruitment strategy.
Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Job Postings: Create and manage compelling job descriptions and job postings across various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for specific job openings.
Interviews: Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the organization's values.
Candidate Management: Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to offer.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of hiring strategies with business objectives.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation schedules, and facilitating the initial stages of the new hire integration.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and maintaining a strong social media presence.
Data & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices are in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (preferred).
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
Proficient in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Experience in recruitment for a specific industry (e.g., tech, healthcare, finance) can be a plus.
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).
Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
